'Built in 1803. Great Grandaddy Fox 'Martin Fox' went here to meeting in 1808. He was born Aug. 2, 1790 and died in 1884. Monongalia Papers, Volume 2. Photo taken by Mrs. Gilbert Straight, the first wife, on the J. P. Fox farm. Some people say enlarged for tombstones went back into late 1700's.'
