The State of West Virginia and the University bring together the two top science-minded students from every state for three weeks of lectures and seminars at the research and professional levels, field trips studying the state's natural wonders, and side trips to the National Radio Astronomy Observatory at nearby Green Bank and the state and nation's capitols.'
