Children's Home, 1920, Randolph County, W. Va., The West Virginia Children's Home is located at Elkins, Randolph County, and is reached by the Western Maryland, the Coal and Coke and the Coal and Iron Railroads.  As of June 30th, 1920, twenty-eight children were living in the home.  Institution Staff: Ernestine Harrison-Superintendent, G. This institution is located two miles east of Terra Alta, Preston county, on the main line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad. The local station is called Hopemont, but only local trains stop here. All passenger trains stop at Terra Alta, which is the express and post office. Number of patients in July 1, 1920 was 155.
