'The Library is arranged according to the Dewey Decimal System of classification and is open from 7:45 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day, except Sunday, throughout the year. It is open Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. for reading only. Students have free access to the shelves, and the Library is the busiest place about the University.' The exhibit was located in E. Moore Hall and was created for the first W. Va. Day. The celebration took place in June of 1987. The David Hunter Strother Collection is now housed in the West Virginia and Regional History Center in Wise Library.
