'Dock was the mascot of the Morgantown Fire Department, a descendant of the original mascot of the U.S. Marine.  This Bulldog threw a baby off of the upper floor of the Strand and helped pull the hose to the upper story. First offspring of "Jiggs". Photograph was taken at 600 Spruce Street.'Dock is also spelled Doc.
