Miller was the daughter of Henry E. and "Maggie" Margarite E. Miller. Her siblings were E. Paul Miller, Harold H. Miller, and Marie Miller Davis. The family was from the towns of Kingwood and Tunnelton, W. Va.--both located in Preston County, W. Va. Miller was born in 1908 and attended West Virginia University, where she joined a sorority, identified in the photo as Gamma Phi Beta.

Susan was the daughter of Shelby and Margery Weltner. She was born in 1867  and died on November 28, 1948.
Holly was 10 years old in this photo. He was the brother of Casto Conner and John Conner. The Conners are related to the Weltner family. The back of the photo reads, "I am 10 years and 5 months old; 4 feet 6.5 inches high; weigh 75 lbs."
Kendalls are relatives the Weltner famly.
Lorentz is the son of William L. and Ann Blosser.
