Wade Coffman and the one on my left is the late James J. Divine, chairman and member respectively of the Public Service Commission in 1927.  The safe contained various records of the Commission.  The records were in good condition despite having been subjected to the terrific heat of the 'Pasteboard' Capitol fire.  It was thoughtful of you to send this picture to me for I don't recall having seen it before.  And of course I appreciate your choice adjectival selection for identifying me!  Sincerely, C. E.
