Identified front row, left to right, are Daniel B. Purinton, Gov. W.E. Glasscock, President Taft, Thomas E. Hodges and Dr. I.C. White.  Left, 2nd row: Judge Frank Cox, Henry Green, editor of the Morgantown Post.  The first two men pictured in the back row could not be identified, third is James L. Lakin, fourth Maj. Butts, who lost his life in sinking of Titanic; fifth, Mr. Sigwart; sixth George C. Baker; seventh, H.C. Batton; eight and ninth, unidentified; 10th Harry Carspecken; and others, M. L. Brown, William Williams, E. Donley, Benjamin Rosenbloom, Frank B. Trotter and Dr. A.M. Buckhannon.  The men in uniform were members of the Governor's Staff.'
