Corley, electrical engineering sophomore from Clarksburg, for being the most outstanding student in last year's freshman chemistry classes. The award is given annually to the student who scores highest on the department's Chemistry 15 final examination. Out of more than 1,000 students in last year's class, Corley scored highest with a 100 percent grade. He was presented the award in front of members of this year's class.'
